Chapter 139 It’s All You
Chapter 139 It’s All You
"Lorenzo, no offense. You are the eldest grandson in the family. How can you marry such a woman
without family background or knowledge? You even can’t bring her to some social party. She will be
laughed at by everyone. Do you want to piss off your father? Don't just talk about Wilfred. You are the
same. Your father has found a good lady for you..."
Seeing her mother and her nephew standing on the same side, Valentina felt so angry. She looked at
Lorenzo unhappily.
"Aunt, since my father never cares about me, he doesn't have to care about other things. I don't need
him to worry about my life and marriage. I'm no longer a child."
Lorenzo interrupted before Valentina could finish speaking.
"You…"
Valentina was talked back. She didn't know what to say.
"Grandma, Auntie, Wilfred, I have to go. Bye."
Lorenzo looked at his grandma, nodded respectfully, and turned to leave.
"You don't teach him? What kind of family is the Fletcher family? How can such a woman marry into the
Fletcher family? We can’t just let Lorenzo be like this."
Valentina had a cold face and a serious voice.
"I think it's very good. If anyone dares to have an objection, let him come to me. I just want to see if he
wants to piss me off to death!"
Ganny Mrs. Fletcher sneered.
Seeing her mother was determined, Valentina couldn't say anything else.
"Wilfred, you saw and heard today. I always feel that your grandma and your big brother are weird. But
I can't figure out. But marrying a girl who came back from the wilderness is really outrageous. There
must be something wrong."
When Wilfred saw Lorenzo leaving, he didn’t stay in private estate. After dinner, he said goodbye to his
grandma and aunt. Valentina got up to see him off.
Valentina was the dean of Coligny Academy and the youngest daughter of the Fletcher family. The
people she had come into contact with were the top dignitaries and medical geniuses. Even if the girl
who came from the wilderness wanted to see her, she had to wait.
Wilfred didn't say anything. He just looked down.
Valentina didn't care about Lorenzo. After all, his condition was very uncontrollable. So she just let him
go. Anyway, he was not important to the Fletcher family.
"Wilfred, you don't need contract marriage. The strength of our family does not need your marriage to
stabilize at all. As long as the girl you fall in love with is innocent and good enough to stand by your
side, it’s okay."
Valentina spoke earnestly.
"Wilfred, your childhood sweetheart hasn't appeared yet. The girl's mother, Erica, is definitely a
legendary figure. In fact, everyone doesn't know the founder of Coligny Academy is her. No one knows
why she had to leave. She handed such a school over to me."
"No one has ever met Erica's daughter. It is unknown whether she inherited her mother’s business, but
no matter what, she must be good. She must be worthy of you."
"Auntie, that's it, goodbye." Têxt © NôvelDrama.Org.
Wilfred didn't want to hear any more, so he walked away.
"Don't forget the party. I have something important to tell you. Don't forget!"
Valentina was afraid that Wilfred would forget it, so she hurriedly warned him.
When Wilfred's figure completely faded out of her sight, Valentina turned around and left.
In Valentina's eyes, Jessica was the most perfect candidate for Wilfred's wife. Such an excellent girl, no
matter how picky Wilfred was, he would definitely fall in love with her!
Lorenzo drove his luxury car all the way to Capttar Medical School. He was just driving when the phone
rang. He glanced at the screen. It was his grandmother’s call.
"Grandma."
Lorenzo connected to Bluetooth.
"Lorenzo, your little aunt is just like that. Don't take it to heart."
Ganny Mrs. Fletcher’s caring voice came out of the phone.
"I know. I won't think too much about it."
Lorenzo glanced at the rearview mirror, perfectly overtaking and merging. Then he said softly.
"No matter what happens to your parents' generation, it has nothing to do with you guys. Including me,
I will not participate. Everything has its cause. You are the most innocent victim. I can understand you.
You may take a lifetime to relieve the pain in your heart."
Ganny Mrs. Fletcher really loved her eldest grandson.
"I'm used to it. I have you and Jessica. I feel it is enough, and the others... I don't need it."
Lorenzo's face was indifferent.
When they two ended the call, Lorenzo also arrived at the gate of Capttar Medical School and parked
the car smoothly.
"Mrs. Fletcher, are you done? Do you need me to go in, or wait for you to come out?"
Lorenzo rolled down the car window, leaned leisurely on the back of the chair, and sent a text message
to Jessica.
After sending the message, Lorenzo lit a cigarette that Jessica specially made for him, and then took a
deep drag.
After seeing the text message, Jessica packed up her stuff as quickly as possible, and hurried out of
Capttar Medical School. When she came to the gate, Lorenzo had already been there for a while.
Jessica saw Lorenzo wearing a very formal suit, sitting leisurely in the driver seat and smoking. The
smoke blurred his handsome face. The hem of the cool-colored shirt was neatly tucked in the cold gray
trousers. His slender and straight legs crossed. The light from the street lamp was reflected on the
mechanical watch on his wrist, making him more noble and cold.
"Little cutie, guess who I am?"
Jessica mischievously approached the driver's seat from the back. Her small fair hands quickly covered
Lorenzo's eyes.
"Of course it's my favorite Mrs. Fletcher."
Lorenzo's hand holding the cigarette froze slightly, and then he chuckled softly.
Jessica let go. Lorenzo looked back, then he saw Jessica. She was smiling brightly and gently leaned
on his broad shoulders. She was like a little fairy who came down to earth and specially saved him.
Lorenzo felt so warm.
"Mr. Lorenzo, what are you doing? You’re sitting in the car alone, smoking a cigarette and thinking
about things. Tell me, which little minxes are you thinking about?"
Jessica's eyes fell on Lorenzo. She was pretending to look at him angrily.
"I’m thinking about you."
Lorenzo opened the car door, and hugged her.
"Mr. Lorenzo, you don’t look well today. Could it be that something happened? Didn't you say to go to
private estate to get something? Or... you haven't been back for a long time so you were scolded by
Grandma?"
Jessica gently wrapped around Lorenzo's waist. She tilted slightly to look at him.
"I... look very unhappy?"
Lorenzo looked down.
"Yeah, your serious face is so scary. Smile! I want to see."
Jessica cupped up Lorenzo's handsome face lightly and rubbed it hard.
Seeing Jessica's face, Lorenzo couldn't help laughing.
"Mr. Lorenzo, you’re the best."
Jessica leaned on Lorenzo's strong chest, nodded meekly and drew circles on his chest.
