That was the greatest news she had heard since the day began so she sat down and relaxed so she could think properly.

She got to work and surprisingly within the first two hours she was sure to have come with something that was beautiful and captivating to her at least.

At the end of the day she brought forward the proposal to Paxton who was also engrossed in his business on the laptop.

When she knocked the door he gestured for her to enter while he got done with his business meeting on the laptop.

She found a spot and sat there waiting for him to be done with the meeting he was having.

After he had been done with what he was doing he turned and gestured for her to bring the document she was holding.

“I must confess you are quite fast, it’s not even the end of the day yet” he commented and Sydney could only get out a nervous giggle.

After about ten minutes of watching his face go from one angle to another, she couldn’t say if he was impressed with the work or not as his face held no amusement or bad look but she was waiting for the critic to land.

“Well this is actually good, I could say it is better than the other one fi I had seen it for myself before you tore it to shreds” he said raising his head to meet her already tired eyes.

“Is is that good sir?” she asked as she looked at him with wide eyes, she couldn’t imagine what she had drafted in minutes or hours was more valid than what she had done over the time of two days.

“Yes it is and seeing how tired you are maybe you could take the remainder of the day off have some test and come back tomorrow refreshed ai we could work better with this alright?” he said and she nodded.

Indeed she needed the rest he was proposing to her and she was happily going to take it with no questions.

Sydney left excited as she had gotten he validation of Paxton on the proposal she knew he would make the others take the proposal seriously and that would mean they would start working in it as soon as possible.

When she got home she was exhausted as she lay on her couch not taking off her clothes yet just her shoes off and unbuttoned blouse she turned the Air Conditioning on so she could have a cool head.

She was excited she had met the deadline and that her proposal had made Paxton happy with her too.

Even though he didn’t say it she was sure he was disappointed at her when she had said she had destroyed the other proposal.

After about thirty minutes of laying on the couch thinking of other ways in which she could use to improve the work she had given Paxton she decided it was time for an evening bath and also for her to have something go eat as she had not eaten anything yet as she had missed lunch so she could finish what she had been given.

After she took the dinner to her room and took her bath she fell on the bed and was only awoken by her alarm clock blasting the entire room.

She kicked it but it kept blasting so she got up.

She had forgotten to set it for 6:30 AM and now here she was vetting up at 4am.

She couldn’t go back to sleep so she just decided on a little house cleaning and maybe a healthy breakfast other than a coffee.

By the time she was done with brushing her hair and placing in a bun she was thirty my it’s early.

She made her way to the office and when she arrived the company guard greeted her as always.

As she entered the building she realised that her colleagues where all there and they were excited and celebrating her.

She couldn’t understand what and why she was being celebrated.

She was pulled into the office and when she entered her office she was speechless with what she found in there.

Sydney knew it wasn’t her birthday at least she couldn’t be do bust that she forgot her birthday.

“What’s this for?” she asked her voice barely audible for those around her to hear.

“Well Boss Paxton is going to explain everything to you once you get called into his office but before anything we would live to tell you a big congratulations” her colleague said to her.

Within minutes someone was ent to come call her and she went into his office and when she was inside he embraced her and told her he was proud of her and what she had done for the company.

“But sit I don’t understand?” she said once again confused as she could not understand what the hell was going on everyone was just bustling all the champagne and cake she saw down the hall with her name written on it.

“Well isn’t it obvious you won us the contract Ms Sydney?”

Paxton announce with excitement lacing his voice and he couldn’t just hold it back ad he hugged her once again.

While she stood there being unable to show how happy she was she finally was asked to sit down.

“Let’s talk on how we are going to forge ahead with this beautiful plan and proposal of yours, I’ve always known you would make me proud Sydeny” he appreciated her.

She couldn’t help but blush even more and to say she was happy was an understatement.

She was elated.
